Give every player the keys to their own progress.
From their phone, the player checks their profile, assesses themselves in 5 minutes and sees your feedback. More independent players, a coach who saves time.
Two actions, nothing more.
The player signs in with first name, last name and a secret key: no e-mail address, no account to create. From the home screen there are two buttons: see their assessments, add a self-assessment.
Data hosted in Switzerland and encrypted. No player e-mail. Parental consent template provided.
The player's voice, in 5 minutes.
A grade from 1 to 10 per goal, a comment, a few short questions. The player reflects on their week, and you arrive at training already knowing how they feel.
They see the gap. They understand what to work on.
The player finds your latest assessment and compares their grade with yours, goal by goal. Feedback is no longer forgotten after training: it stays visible and guides their week.

One more reason to come back every week.
