EasyIDP stands for Easy Individual Development Plans. We help coaches and clubs create IDPs that are clear, efficient, and measurable without increasing workload.
EasyIDP started on the training ground. In spring 2024, Niels was managing more than 20 Google Forms and 20 Excel sheets just to track individual development plans for his players. The intention was right, the system was not. It became clear that individual development only works when it is structured, shared, and simple to manage. EasyIDP was created to centralize goals, coach feedback, and player self-evaluations in one place. By including athlete input directly in the process, development becomes more meaningful for players while reducing workload for coaches. Clear structure, shared responsibility, less admin, better progress.
Become the trusted structure behind individual development in sport: simple for coaches, meaningful for athletes, reliable for clubs.
We focus on clarity and efficiency, giving every coach the tools to deliver high-quality individual development plans, regardless of time or resources.
EasyIDP places the player at the center through individualized interfaces, self-evaluations, and shared feedback loops.
Individual development should not create more admin. Our system streamlines processes and saves time each week, making it perfectly suited for part-time coaches.
Swiss made and Swiss hosted. Reliable infrastructure, secure data handling, and privacy by design.
Niels has been a football coach since 2016 and obtained his Master of Science from EPFL in 2025. Combining analytical skills with experience in top level Swiss football academies (FC Lausanne-Sport, FC Zurich) he understands the daily challenges of providing a structured individual development plan for every player. EasyIDP was born from his need to bring structure and efficiency to individual development.
Technology architect and product engineer. Luca has several years of experience in data security and software development. He ensures that EasyIDP remains robust, secure, and intuitive. He translates coaching needs into clean, scalable software.
The idea arises as Niels struggles to track his players' individual goals on a weekly basis.
